- Minor variations may occur in handcrafted, handwoven or traditionally printed fabrics
- Fabric texture and appearance may vary slightly between production batches
Such variations do not automatically indicate a defect.
Products that are materially different from their descriptions remain subject to applicable return and consumer-protection rights.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, measurements, fabric details and care instructions before placing an order.
4. Pricing and Taxes
- All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Applicable taxes will be included or disclosed as required
- Prices may be changed from time to time
- Promotional prices and discounts are valid only during the stated offer period
- The final payable amount will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation
Once an order is confirmed, the agreed purchase price will not be changed except where permitted by applicable law.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment verification and issuance of an order confirmation.
Tavishi Collections may decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:

- Unforeseen operational limitations
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Tavishi Collections, the eligible amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and our refund process.

7. Order Processing and Dispatch
Every order is carefully inspected and packed before shipment.
Order Processing: Confirmed orders are generally processed within 2 business days from order confirmation.
Order Dispatch: Orders are generally dispatched on the 3rd business day following order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will ordinarily be processed from the next business day.
Dispatch may occasionally be delayed due to peak seasons, festivals, logistical issues, product availability or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed of significant delays where reasonably possible.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Tavishi Collections offers free standard shipping across serviceable locations in India.
- Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and courier availability
- Remote locations may require additional delivery time
- Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched, where available
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information

9. Damage in Transit and Loss in Transit
Tavishi Collections carefully inspects and securely packages products before dispatch.
We do not provide separate insurance coverage for Damage in Transit or Loss in Transit.
Customers are requested to report visible transit-related damage within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting information such as:
- Clear product photographs
- Packaging photographs
- An unedited unboxing video, where available
- Order details
For lost or undelivered shipments, customers should contact our customer-support team with the relevant order and tracking information.
Cases will be reviewed with the relevant logistics provider and resolved in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
The absence of separate transit insurance does not affect statutory rights relating to damaged, lost or undelivered orders.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Tavishi Collections offers a 7-calendar-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility and the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products should:
- Be unused, unwashed and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Have original tags, labels and accessories intact
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
For damaged, defective or incorrect products, customers are requested to share clear photographs and an unedited unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, where possible.
These materials help us investigate and resolve concerns promptly.
Failure to provide an unboxing video or to report the issue within 24 hours will not automatically invalidate a claim protected by applicable law.
Customized, altered or specifically identified non-returnable products may not qualify for discretionary returns except where a remedy is required by law.

11. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to receipt, inspection and approval of eligible returned products.
- Returned products will generally need to be received by Tavishi Collections for inspection
- The inspection, verification and refund approval process may take up to 7–10 business days from receipt of the returned product
- Customers will be informed whether the return request has been approved or declined
- Approved refunds will generally be initiated to the original payment method
- The time required for funds to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider
Refunds remain subject to applicable statutory requirements and consumer rights.
12. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly through our customer-support channels.
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund process.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation through the standard cancellation process may no longer be possible.
Customers may instead request an eligible return after delivery in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
Tavishi Collections may cancel orders for legitimate reasons including:

Tavishi Collections is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper washing, ironing, storage, alteration, handling or use, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Offers, Discounts and Promotions
Tavishi Collections may introduce promotional offers and discounts periodically.
- Offers are valid only for the specified period
- Certain products may be excluded from promotions
- Promotional codes may be subject to minimum purchase values or other disclosed conditions
- Multiple offers may not be combined unless expressly stated
We may modify or withdraw promotions prospectively, subject to applicable law and already confirmed orders.
